Its unknown. The parent was selected because it has the closest RTT
to the origin server.

You only get HIT or MISS if you use ICP.

If you don't want to see CLOSEST_PARENT, and do want to use ICP,
then add 'no-netdb-exchange' to the cache_peer options.
