ftp icons

Hi,

i get no ftp icons in squid-generated ftp pages. When viewing the source
of the page it links to
"http://squid.ourdomain.com/squid-internal-static/icons/someicon.gif"
while the icons reside in /usr/local/squid/etc/icons where it put them
by installation.
