TIS firewall toolkit is a collection of various proxies. It does not
help anywone who wishes to accelerate HTTPS as it does not contain a
SSL->HTTP bridge.
The most useful part of this is plug-gw which can be used to move a SSL
port of a origin server to the accelerator, but HTTPS will not be
accelerated by using this approach. All SSL is handled by the backend
server(s) as usual.
