this is a bit newbe but i notice when i look at top free mem starts to
disapear with time. i assume that as time goes on processes are running in
memory and all is just fine. some time i see mem increase a bit but never
seems to rise to levels when the box is first started and running for a
few min. should not the memory rise back up to some larger number. ie
starts around 10megs and drops to 2 or so..
