[Q] about the authentication

Hi All!

I have Intranet (5 subnets) of about 40 PC boxes, all using my squid
Some time it's necessary to limit somebodies access to the proxy and I'm
doing it by the acling that IP and reloading squid ... :(

But some time I asked to make access according to the time ( from 10:00 to
15:00 subnet 1; from 15:00 to 20:00 subnet 2 e.t.c.)

So, please, how is it better to do ?
