This means that you have configured a sibling as a parent, and that this
sibling (which your Squid thinks is a parent) does not allow miss_access
to you.

ps. Squid questions should always be sent to squid-users@ircache.net. If
to many people start sending me questions directly I will be forced to
stop answering them.
