IP Caching

Hello.
I'm using Squid 1.1.15 on OS/2 (as far as I know this is the latest version
available), and I have some problems with IP caching, so I'd like to disable it.
I put -i on the command line (as stated in the manual), but to no effect. Is
there more to it?
