Hello!
Currently I run Squid-2.1.RELEASE on Linux 2.0.36 128mb/6gb/233MHz as
transparent proxy and average daily web traffic is about 1GB.
This morning there was few OOPS'es in kernel log complaining about squid
process and squid running but not working. In cache dir I found files
which seems to me strange (Dec 30 05:16 - time when last request was
served):
-rw-r--r-- 1 nobody nogroup 20519568 Dec 30 05:16 swap.state
-rw-r--r-- 1 nobody nogroup 11631616 Dec 30 05:16 swap.state.new
Before I applied filehandle.patch.linux.v8.04 squid was quite stable
except filedescriptors problems. Has anyone experienced this?
