Error applying memory leak patch on squid2.1.patch2

hi,
 
        I've tried to apply the memory leak patch to my squid2.1.patch2 and
    this is the result of my patch.

#cd squid-2.1.PATCH2
squid-2.1.PATCH2# patch -p1 <../squid.2.1.PATCH2-clientHandleIMSReply-leak.patch
patching file 'Changelog'
can't find file to patch at input line 27
perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?
