It appears (from the code) that you can use e.g.:

acl aclname url_regex -i ^http:// ...

if you wanted. For some reason this isn't documented in squid.conf. If one
of the developer dudes is reading, perhaps he/she could add this? Apparently
it can be used for all regex ACLs.
