hi,
i am interested in using squid on FreeBSD or linux to load balance
a cluster of webservers. is this possible and if so can you point me
to some urls to get started designing and testing prior to a planned
rollout if the proof of concept works:) ??? does squid have problems
with ssl clusters when acting as a reverse proxy. IOW what i am trying
to do is create the following...
                     INTERNET FIREWALL
                            |
                        SQUID REVERSE PROXY
                        FREEBSD
                | | |
STD SERVERS CGI SERVERS SSL WEBSERVERS
                                                       TIA
                                                                 Regards,
