Transparent Proxy no FTP

Hello,

I have transparent proxy running with squid on Redhat 5.2,
kernel 2.0.36. Everything works great(!), all other requests
are masqueraded out (ie telnet works fine).

FTP works from a browser (ftp://ftp.debian.org/) but
not from a command line. The following is taken from
a Win98 machine. I connect fine but can't do anything
once I'm there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hans
