Big problem!

I am using squid2-2-0.PATCH2-3 and SuSE 6 on a machine with IP 192.168.1.100/ 255.255.255.0 and 192.168.100.132/ 255.255.255.0 to connect IE4 clients (network 192.168.1.0) via my parent cache 192.168.100.250 (also caching DNS) to the Internet.

192.168.1.1(client) -------> 192.168.1.100 and 192.168.100.132 (my squid) -------> 192.168.100.250 (my parent squid and DNS) -----> ISP

It works fine with "normal" URLs. But, URLs containing "?" or CGIs don't work resulting in e.g.
ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.univie.ac.at:9090/BASIS/fodac/all/donkey/SAC?

The following error was encountered:

    a.. Connection Failed
The system returned:

    (101) Network is unreachable
The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.

-------------------------

Connecting a client on network 192.168.100.0 works. Direct connecting a client on 192.168.1.0 to the parent works also.

Does anyone have an idea????
