Cache Hierarchy

Hi, i'm Ubaldo Lescano from Lima-Peru...

I am using Squid 2, and was thinking about using cache hierarchy, I went to the FAQs and
find a solution, but here comes the problem, the changes on squid.conf don't work like
suggests the FAQ, that is to say, consulting the child to the father.

in the child :
http_port 8080
icp_port 3130
cache_host host.domain parent 8080 3130

the single father has:
http_port 8080
icp_port 3130

i need something for my cache hierarchy?
