The specs allow caches to make their own policy unless there is an
expires header or Cache-Control: max-age, etc. This is in
recognition of the fact that very few pages contain explicit expiry
information.

override-expires is obviously illegal because it is ignoring an
explicit instruction.

I suspect these represent misunderstandings of acceleration.
