It your problem is that you do not get a reply from the CGI program,
then it is probably a non-HTTP conformant cgi server. See
persistent_client_posts in squid.conf for a temporary workaround (will
be replaced in Squid 2.2). If this helps then ask the site manager to
fix their CGI software to not expect more data than defined to be
available (CONTENT_LENGTH).
