Compile error on Solaris 7 (GNU C 2.8.1, Perl 5)

Hi,

I could not complile sucessfully (make) for my Squid. The system brief as follows:
    - Solaris 7 (I386, installed full)
    - Squid 2.1
    - GNU C 2.8.1
    - Perl 5

The error (last few lines are:

DefaultConfigFile main.o
ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to squid
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `squid'
Current working directory /usr/apps/squid-2.1.PATCH2/src
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `all'
