A very shallow question

Our ISP uses (very happily) Squid 2.1P2 both for internal use and for
dial-up customers. Our link to the Internet is 512 Kbps, we have 60
incoming dial-up lines for 800 users. On-disk cache is 300 MB, machine
is P233MMX 64 MB RAM. Do I gain anything by upgrading to 2.2STABLE?

Thank you,
