That does not seem likely. The first excerpt looks like common log format,
and the second one like squid's native log format. Check the
"emulate_httpd_log" parameter.

Native log format logs UTC timestamps (first column); how to convert that
into something human readable is part of this list every month. Still, I
would suggest to use native format, as it provides other and more
information than the common log format. The only item the common logfile
format provides which is not part of the native format is the HTTP version
number (at least it was back in 2.0p2 when I looked into access_log.c).
