good client browser?

I need a good client browser to
test the squid, which I modify some
algos in it.

The client browser should :
1, the source code is free and simple
2, I want to use it:
1)it can randomly select one proxy among
several proxies.
2)it can redirect to another proxy after
it receives some header like:
HTTP 1.0 3xx
(proxy address).
3).can record the response time.
