Re: delay_initial_bucket_level fails

I suspect the problem is that 50000000*50>2^31 and
overflows some temporary part of a calculation. It's around
5am in the morning here so I won't look at it further just now
than to say that if you use an initial bucket level of 42 it should
work (42 is just under 2^31/50000000). I'll send a patch to squid-bugs
in the morning if nobody else has by then, so it should show up on the patches
page eventually.
