web tool

Hello All,

Well, I have a little problem and I hope someone can help me.

Some days ago I sow a web tool using squid to block users to access the
net. This tool could deny or alow access to one or a group of users.
First, I thought tha squidGuard was this web tool... now I found that it
isan't.
Does anybody have any idea where I can find this or some other web tool to
do this ?
