trash-my-third-cache_dir bug III.

after the fixes for 'STORE_PENDING' and 'F->flags.open'
now another incarnation of the
"trash-my-third-cache_dir"-bug:

Today our cache died under pretty heavy load with this one:

assertion failed: helper.c:234: "hlp->n_running >= hlp->n_to_start / 2"

Before that we had a few of:

helperHandleRead: FD 25 read: (11) Resource temporarily unavailable

After that the old story:

storeSwapOutFileOpened: Unable to open swapfile: 0var/data/cache3/00/3C/00003CF2 (2) No such file or directory

Argh.
