SQUID and other proxy service

hi,
   is it possible to chain two proxies so that SQUID is the
proxy manually set in Netscape which in turn uses another proxy
service for the benefits of the second proxy . I realize that the
downloads will be more labored but wish to leverage the other
proxies merits separately from what squid has to offer. What would
i need to change in netscape to allow this to occur. The second proxy
requires authentication before preceding with use so this makes it
a little more interested;-)
