comm_accept errors in cache.log

In client_side.c, the httpAccept() routine in 2.2STABLE3 is giving this to
me during peak times. The call to accept is in comm.c/comm_accept().

1999/07/01 08:23:50| comm_accept: FD 41: (233) No buffer space available
1999/07/01 08:23:50| httpAccept: FD 41: accept failure: (233) No buffer
space available

My first thought is the OS (HP-UX 11). I wanted to know if
REQUEST_BUF_SIZE in client_side.c might help.

Any help is appreciated!
