Proxy-auth for only two or three users...

Hello there

I have squid 2.1.PATCH2. When I use proxy-auth, ie

acl allowed_users proxy-auth user1 user2
http_access allow allowed_users
http_access deny all

And I have a user3 entry in my passwd file. When user3 login, the squid
proxy allow access to it. Is it the right behavior or I made a mistake.
Al valid users in passwd file can access squid, and not just user1 and user2.
