timeout error.. etc

hi guys

probably already anwers but i am sorry i dont have copy
If one parent returned "Error: read timeout" should the request automatic
forwarded to another parent ?

oh, all parent always up.. never down, "read timeout" occur when
connection from parent a to internet is down

cache_peer a parent round-robin 8080 weight=3 no-query
cache_peer b parent round-robin 3128 weight=2 no-query
cache_peer c parent round-robin 8080 weight=1 no-query

never_direct allow all
