        What I've seen on the list suggest that this one
        third rules is invalid. The main factor regarding
        the amount of RAM required is the number of articles
        on the disk cache. The RAM cache size seems to make
        very little difference, but the normal recommendation,
        from the list, is to not change it from the default 8MB.
