Connection Failed error

Hello All,

            We have squid 2.2 installed on Linux 5.2

            While trying to access remote site (intranet) , we are
getting
following error.

ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL : http://a.b.c

The following error was encountered:

     Connection Failed

The system returned:

    (113) No route to host

The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.

Even with error in browser , when i say reload it makes connection.
If we try 10 times an URL this error comes at least 3 or 4 times.

Can anyone help to solve this problem.
