1) configure --help explains about some compile-time parameters, e.g.
   your preferred language as in "--enable-err-lang=Portuguese"

   Currently, Squid knows about the following languages:

        Bulgarian Italian Russian-koi8-r
        Czech Japanese Slovak
        Dutch Spanish Turkish
        English Traditional_Chinese Russian-1251
        Estonian Polish Hungarian
        French Portuguese
        German RVS-DFN (our own brew)

   tells you how you can modify your error pages, and also

3) read squid.conf.default about deny_info and err_html_text
