squid crashes blaming select loop?

 in squid 2.2.stable4 (with doug's webdav patches.) I get errors these
below and it crashes after that... It's working on linux 2.2.10 and
transparent. Linux continue working after these errors but cannot ping
the network. maybe it's a NIC problem? maybe the ethernet drivers?
