        not by the public cache. Squid does not cache
        "not modified" responses, although it will answer
        If-Modified-Since requests if it has the original page
        cached.

        If you are using a small cache, it is desirable to occasionally
        purge the browser caches. If you are just starting up with
        a large cache, it may be desirable to scan the logs for
        such entries and explicitly fetch them, to prime the cache.
