WARNING: filemap utilization at 88%

Hi,All
My problem is:
In my cache_log appear following messages
 WARNING: filemap utilization at 88%
 Consider decreasing store_avg_object_size in squid.conf
(in my squid.conf set store_avg_object_size 8 KB)
FATAL: file_map_allocate: Exceeded filemap limit
....then...
FATAL: You've run out of swap file numbers.
(then squid will restart many times until CRASH or Well)
Should I change store_avg_object_size again??
or modify filemap.c ?? or the other paramater??
(but I don't think so)
Maybe have another solution?
(any good ideal??)
