USR 100%

I'm using squid22.STABLE4 on FreeBSD.
in df

Filesystem Capacity Mounted On
/dev/da0s1a 91% /cache
/dev/da0s1g 100% /usr
/dev/da0s1e 2% /var

why in "/usr" , it become 100% ?
Can anyone help, me!
