Hmm well this works, but when I try to make squid I get:

make[1]: Entering directory `/root/squid-2.2.STABLE4/lib'

gcc: Internal compiler error: program cc1 got fatal signal 11
make[1]: *** [rfc1123.o] Error 1

Have I done something stupid here? gzip won't uncompress the original
squid archive either, kernel broken?
