        Because that's what Proxy+ sent, and it is perfectly
        within its rights to do so; the host and optional
        port number may be replaced by a pseodonym, which is
        syntactically a token. The intention of this is to
        hide internal structure, but, in this case, I suspect
        laziness - i.e. this is a constant string.
