SquidGuard and rewriting advertising banners??

I have squid 2.2.Stable4 and squidGuard. I want to change the URL of some
popular advertising banners to my local random banner CGI.
I mean if there was ad.doubleclick.net in a URL or an image then
squidGuard redirect it to my local banner.cgi and then instead of showing
ad.doubleclick.net random banners I can see my local random banners.

Is this possible?
