httpd_accel_with_proxy is probably an good idea. It allows your TCP
hijacking proxy to also act as a normal proxy if the browser (or
downlevel proxy) is configured to use it as a proxy.
You do not need to set httpd_accel_port as it defaults to port 80, but
you can include it if you want.
