replacement_police squid2.3.devel-2

Hi!

I have tried to use replacement_police LFUDA, but any atempts to
define HEAP_REPLACEMENT in src/Makefile lead me to nothing but the
error:

1999/09/24 09:50:44| parseConfigFile: line 375 unrecognized: 'replacement_policy LFUDA'
Segmentation fault

Any idea, where HEAP_RE* has to be defined, for success?
Will there be a configure - statement in the future?
