FATAL: storeDirOpenTmpSwapLog: Failed to open swap log.

Hello,

Of late I have been getting these message in my access.log file.
I use squid-2.2.STABLE4 and on a RedHat Linux 5.2. This problem occurs
whenever squid is automatically started up from the /etc/rc.d/rc.local
file during boot-up.

Why does this problem come ?
