FATAL: Exceeded filemap limit

Hi,

    Try to help me, my squid is falling down after about a week, with
the message in the cache log:

FATAL: file_map_allocate: Exceeded filemap limit.

I'm running Squid 2.2 stabel4, compiled and running on RH 5.2, kernel
2.036. I suppose I have to increase somethig somewhere, but what?
