Alain,

I think you're having too many page faults:

> Number of HTTP requests received: 4469933
> Page faults with physical i/o: 913496

You have two choices:

        1) put more memory in the system

        2) reduce Squid's memory footprint. See
           http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-8.html#ss8.9
