        Linux EAFS filesystems don't give 100% of the filesystem to
        unprivileged processes and squid can temporarily go over
        budget. Squid will not, however, die unless swap.state is
        on the filesystem that overflowed, it will simply reduce the
        cache size on that filesystem.

        The default free space margin for Linux appears to be 10%, which
would
        require less than about 225MB. At a guess, 220 or 215 would be
        safe.
