My directive in squid.conf:
cache03b should not be larger than 200 MB.

cache_dir /usr/local/squid/cache03b 200 16 256

Controlling my filesystem with the Cache Manager I see that the value for
the file-system-size cache03b is much larger (273580 KB)!
My question is: why?
