no_cache domains/hosts/ip's

hello squid pipol,

         I'm using squid-2.2 stable4, in my /usr/local/squid/etc/squid.conf
, i have these lines:

acl QUERY urlpath_regex cgi-bin \?
acl LOCAL dst 202.58.117.0/255.255.255.240
acl LOCALNAME dstdomain cebu.pilnet.com mac-shangri-la.com hpscorp.net
no_cache deny QUERY
no_cache deny LOCAL
no_cache deny LOCALNAME

 i'm sure all of us know what those lines means. but it doesnt seems to
work, it still cache the local sites that i access , what give ?

my purpose is not to cache the local sites.

help is needed.
