How to use proxy but not the cache?

I need to configure Squid so that a certain class of IP addresses pass
throught the proxy but don't use the cached pages.

Is there a way to configure Squid to not use the cache for a certain
class of IP addresses?

The "no_cache" command make the retrieved urls not be cached but I need
a way to not USE cached urls (based on an acl).

Does it exists?
