Yes, but they need to have their own cache directories or things will
get really messy. In theory you can run a mesh of Squids on one box.

Remember that all ports needs to be different, HTTP, ICP, HTCP, SNMP and
whatever protocol you have enabled (all except HTTP can be disabled).
