Hi,

Here is the details of the columns in access.log.

Columns & Details:

1. Time when the request was submitted.
2. Elapsed time of the request
3. IP address of the client
4. Cache result code. It indicates how squid handled
the request. It includes HTTP request(TCP_HIT etc) and
         response status (3 digit numeric) codes.
5. Size of the request.
6. Request method(GET,POST,PUT)
7. URL of the request
8. Only if the query_icmp is set in squid.conf, this
column will contain the parent cache server which has
the lowest RTT to the origin server.
9. How the next hop cache was selected. ie, by DIRECT
or FIRST-PARENT-MISS etc.
