web pages filtering (II)

That's exactly what I want to do (filtering html contents). I need to
substitute some words (in fact, translate them an a bit more).

I now there exist some software that does this (ie webfilter), but I want
to do it with squid.

I know it's not possible with an out-of-the-box squid, but I'm willing
to hack it. I'm only asking for some hint, or orientation. Where
should I hack? any clue?
