Re: [Compiling Problem]Nothing to be done for `all'

Usually this means you have already compiled the program (squid
in this case).

If you are certain, 100% sure that you have not compiled squid
or that what you have there is compiled for a different OS or
a different version of the OS, try to "make distclean" before
trying to rerun "configure" and "make all".
